You know this problem? Birthdays or appointments in your outlook file are lost and you have to input all them again? This tools helps you to import appointments and birthdays from an Excel file. In exchange mode you define up to 20 receiver(s) or in local mode just yourself. In an excel file you define birthdays oder appointments with date, start time, duration and reminder. The rest is handled by the tool. With the export it writes the appointments into the exchange calendar or your local calendar. Also you can delete old appointments and birthdays which you had imported.
